1. Eligibility

The Holiday Transformation Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Arizona, California, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of submission and who either:

  1. own or operate an independent business as a sole proprietor, single-member LLC, partnership, or privately-held company; or
  2. intend to start a business in coaching, training, educational content, information products, or similar professional services.

The Contest is intended for independent business owners and entrepreneurs. Publicly traded companies are not eligible to enter as entities, and submissions cannot be submitted on behalf of publicly traded companies. The prize package and services must be used for an independent business venture, not for a division or project of a publicly traded company. Void in Arizona, California, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and all overseas military installations. Void where prohibited by law.

 

Employees of Wolfman Enterprises LLC and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

 

2. Sponsor 

The Contest is sponsored by Wolfman Enterprises LLC, located at 1220 Ridgeway Dr #77, Wichita Falls, Texas 76306.

 

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.


4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on December 06, 2024, at 10:00 AM EST and ends on December 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Submissions that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using any of the following methods:

Online: This method of submission will be available by visiting our website (https://go.luminify.me/contest-application) and following the directions provided to fill out the submission information and submit. Submission to the Contest is completed only upon successful submission of the contest application form. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected submissions, which will be disqualified. Access to contest training materials or other promotional content is not required for Contest submission. While many entrants may discover the Contest through promotional content and training materials, participation in or viewing of such content is not required for Contest eligibility.

Limit one (1) submission per person, per email address, and per household or business for the duration of the Contest Period, regardless of method of submission. Submissions received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

6. Winner Selection and Judging

On or about December 30, 2024, a panel of judges consisting of representatives from Wolfman Enterprises LLC and industry experts, including experts in digital transformation, brand strategy, and business development, will evaluate all eligible submissions to select the winners. The judges will evaluate each submission based on the following criteria:

 

  1. Potential Impact (40%): The degree to which winning the transformation package would meaningfully impact the entrant’s business and their ability to achieve their stated mission.
  2. Mission Alignment (30%): The alignment between the entrant’s business mission and values with the type of transformation services offered.
  3. Readiness for Transformation (30%): The entrant’s current position and preparedness to effectively utilize and benefit from the transformation package.

Submissions will be evaluated based on the written responses provided in the contest application form, specifically addressing:

 

  • Business background and mission
  • Anticipated impact of winning the prize
  • Current challenges and obstacles to achieving their vision

The judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. In the event of a tie, the submission with the higher score in “Potential Impact” will be selected as the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to not award any prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified submissions.

 

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about December 31, 2024. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact them, or if they are found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible submissions.

 

7. Winner Notification

The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone. Each potential  Grand Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit Prize Acceptance Documentation within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner profits prize. If the potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winners behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed in winner set forth herein. Potential winners must continue to comply with all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner according to judges scores. Only three (3) alternate attempts will be made to select a winner, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

Second Prize (Multiple Winners): At Sponsor’s sole discretion, any number of qualified entrants may be selected to receive their choice of either:

  • $3,000 discount off any Luminify signature service OR
  • $15,000 discount off complete transformation package The number of Second Prize winners will be determined by the Sponsor based on the quality of submissions and meeting selection criteria.

Third Prize (Multiple Winners): At Sponsor’s sole discretion, any number of qualified entrants may be selected to receive:

  • $1,000 discount off any Luminify signature service

Grand Prize Fulfillment

The Grand Prize package will be delivered over approximately twelve (12) months following prize acceptance. Winner must claim prize and execute all required documentation within thirty (30) days of notification. Failure to claim prize, execute required documentation, or provide requested information within required timeframes may result in prize forfeiture.

The implementation timeline is approximate and may be extended based on various factors including, but not limited to: winner’s responsiveness, required information delivery, technical requirements, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to modify delivery schedule without liability.

 

Winner acknowledges that business success and results cannot be guaranteed. The prize consists solely of the specified services, and Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue generation, or return on investment. Winner agrees to hold Sponsor harmless from any claims related to business performance or results.

 

Additional services, features, or capabilities beyond those specified in the prize package may be recommended during implementation. Any such additions would be at winner’s sole discretion and expense and subject to separate agreement.

 

Winner agrees to:

  • Provide all reasonably requested information and materials necessary for prize fulfillment
  • Participate in required meetings and communications
  • Make timely decisions required for implementation
  • Execute standard prize acceptance documentation including:
    • Declaration of Eligibility
    • Liability Release
    • Publicity Release (where legal)
    • Prize Delivery Agreement outlining implementation timeline and requirements

Failure to execute required documentation or fulfill these obligations may result in delayed implementation or prize forfeiture at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Other Prizes

All discount prizes must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of award notification by entering into a service contract with Sponsor. After thirty (30) days, discount prizes expire and are forfeited. Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts are only valid for new service contracts and cannot be applied to existing services or contracts. While service contracts may extend for twelve (12) months or longer, the initial contract must be executed within the thirty (30) day redemption period.

 

9. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect submissions. The Sponsor reservers the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the submission process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attomey’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the Released parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Contest, including lost, interrupted, or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the processing of submission applications or in any Contest-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants’ participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Winner specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or relating to: (a) Implementation delays or modifications; (b) Technical issues or limitations; (c) Business performance or results; (d) Marketing outcomes; (e) Revenue or profit expectations (f) Any other business impacts related to the prize package

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor’s privacy policy.
